At ServiceBench, customer service is a top priority. We provide a variety of support options to help service providers navigate the system.

Live Chat:  After you login to the system, Live Chat service, which is accessible from the Help menu under the ServiceBench Support sub-menu, allows you to connect directly to our Customer Service personnel via a chat window.
