John Estrada
Chief Operating Officer
One of the founders of ServiceBench, Mr. Estrada has over 21 years of experience in corporate management of leading software application and development firms. Mr. Estrada has extensive experience in complex software design, including development, implementation, and support of both Internet and e-commerce systems. This experience sparked the launch of ServiceBench which now sets the standard for true end to end service channel support systems, improving both business processes and business intelligence for manufacturers and their service channel partners. Mr. Estrada was CEO and founder of Sideout Technologies, Inc. which successfully developed customized Internet based software solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Sideout Technologies, Mr. Estrada led software development for DSR, a government contract firm and was instrumental in spurring rapid growth of the company from 3 to 150 people.

Louis Rose
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Rose has over 18 years experience in the development of large-scale software applications. One of the founders of ServiceBench, Mr. Rose manages all customer supporting operations; from customer acquisition, through implementation, and ongoing care and maintenance. Overseeing a diverse, multilingual customer service team, Mr. Rose is instrumental in assuring world class support and satisfaction for all domestic and international ServiceBench clients, including, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, and Mitsubishi. Prior to the launch of ServiceBench, Mr. Rose was a founder of Sideout Technologies, Inc., and was chief project manager for Sideout's Professional Services group, overseeing implementations from design to system delivery. Before forming Sideout, Mr. Rose was a key manager and engineer in software development for General Electric's Spacenet division, responsible for design, development, and implementation of Satellite Network Management Systems.

Rob Baily
Vice President of Product Development
Mr. Baily is a founder of ServiceBench, serving as the lead architect, developer, and innovator in creating the product applications. With over 13 years experience in the development of complex software systems, Mr. Baily is an expert in the architecture, design, and development of e-commerce and extranet systems. Mr. Baily and his supporting development team continuously advance and evolve ServiceBench products, which seamlessly integrate key information, provide work-flow and process management, and produce dynamic reporting and business analysis tools. Prior to ServiceBench, Mr. Baily was a founder of Sideout Technologies, Inc., where he created a solid basis for building extranet and e-commerce systems that have served as the foundation for the ServiceBench platform which followed.
