Adds to Existing Warranty Claims Processing Interface, Further Streamlining Service Related Activities
FAIRFAX, VA … August 31, 2005 – ServiceBench, Inc., the leading provider of web-based service supply chain management applications, today announced that it has extended dispatch connectivity to generate service requests directly into SwiftLink, Ltd’s integrated business software package for the retail and service industry – SwiftLink. This interface, along with the existing warranty claims processing connection, enables joint ServiceBench and SwiftLink customers to maximize service productivity.
With the new dispatch interface to SwiftLink, users will no longer have to re-key information from one system to the other, and service calls will be automatically routed from the manufacturer to the service provider. The new dispatch link, compatible with SwiftLink version 9.2, will help streamline repair scheduling, expedite service calls and improve service levels. The existing warranty claims interface from ServiceBench also speeds up claims processing and payments while ensuring information accuracy. These interfaces tie together key service activities via one easy to use access point, eliminating redundancies and improving efficiencies.
